Star Wars: The Old Republic patch 1.1.2 notes revealed

Even though the 1.1.1 patch has gone live yesterday, BioWare is already testing the new, upcoming 1.1.2 patch and has revealed the changes that were made to it. This patch is currently available on the public test servers and comes with fixes and improvements that have been made to the game’s classes that wield the Force. Mass Effect 3 – Voice Cast Reveal + New Screenshots

BioWare has unveiled today the cast for 2012’s first blockbuster game, Mass Effect 3. The ensemble will see the return of fan favorites, including Martin Sheen as the Illusive Man, Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale as Male and Female Shepard and will introduce Freddie Prinze, Jr. as James Vega, a marine who will help Commander Shepard take Earth back. BioWare and Electronic Arts have released a new trailer for Mass Effect 3, giving you the chance to see the multiplayer mode for Mass Effect 3 in action. Amazing fan-made trailer for Mass Effect

Well looky here, we got us a new, incredible fan-made Mass Effect trailer. YouTube member ‘xRaetastic’ felt the need to create a ‘random internet fan trailer’ for BioWare’s RPG series and we are pretty sure that he didn’t expect it to be featured in so many gaming sites. But we can’t help it as this particular fan-made trailer is one of the best edited things we have ever seen. There is perfect editing, wonderful choice of quotes and song that fits to it. Mass Effect 3 Demo coming in February 14th

It’s really funny but BioWare has cleverly revealed something that most Mass Effect 3 fans have been waiting for. Our beloved company released today a Kinect video for Mass Effect 3, in which they reveal that Mass Effect 3’s demo will hit Xbox Live in February 14th. Surprise surprise: Mass Effect 3 won’t appear on Steam; will require Origin

Call us unimpressed but we saw this coming. And frankly, it’s natural as EA wants to establish their digital distribution service. As the title suggests, EA’s Origin will be required for all PC editions of Mass Effect 3, physical or digital. Not only that, but Mass Effect 3 will not appear on Steam. EA and BioWare stated that Mass Effect 3 will be available through both Origin and third-party digital retailers, but not via Valve’s distribution service. Does this ring any bell? BioWare responds to Star Wars: The Old Republic’s low-resolution textures

If you’ve been playing BioWare’s MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic, you have definitely noticed the difference between the in-game and cinematic textures. We’ve all been waiting for BioWare’s response to this, and it seems that the company has been experiencing technical issues with the high-resolution textures. BioWare is looking into Star Wars: The Old Republic’s performance issues

Great news for all SWTOR fans, as BioWare has stated that they are investigating the game’s performance issues that were reported by their users. According to BioWare’s Associate Online Community Manager, Joveth Gonzalez, the team is ‘currently investigating this issue‘ based off of the information that were provided by the game’s members. Because this issue can be attributed to various factors, BioWare is currently investigating all possibilities, so this might take a little while before it get’s resolved.
