Overgrowth Alpha 153 Changes – Split-Screen Support Confirmed

Wolfire Games released a new video for their upcoming action-brawler adventure game, Overgrowth, in which the company’s main programmer – David Rosen – showcases the changes that were made to the game’s latest alpha version. Overgrowth Alpha 153 supports now split-screen for local multiplayer, cloth foley sounds for choke animation, as well as better pathfinding AI during circle-strafe. Weekly Top 10 PC Charts; UK PC Retail and Steam Digital Charts [October 9th – 15th]; Nothing can top RAGE

Nothing seems to be able to top RAGE, although iD Software’s little gem has some technical issues and PC gamers have been constantly complaining about its visuals. RAGE is still at the top place of the PC retail and digital Steam charts which is a good sign for the game’s sales. Regarding now the retail charts, Might & Magic: Heroes IV can be found as a new entry in the second place of the retail charts, while PES 2012 is in the fifth place – two places above EA Sports’ Fifa 12. All of the aforementioned modders did an amazing job and captured some astounding screenshots. John Carmack crashes PC gamers’ hopes for a High-Resolution Texture Pack on RAGE

You’ve probably already heard of a high resolution texture pack for RAGE was rumored to get released after its official launch. This rumored texture pack was supposed to be 150GB in size and would update the game’s low-res textures with some proper, high-res ones. Well, this is not gonna happen as John Carmack admited that the source textures are almost the same as the ones that are currently used in RAGE PC. Saints Row: The Third – Eyefinity Support Confirmed

THQ and Volition have just confirmed that the PC version of Saints Row: The Third will officially support AMD’s Eyefinity. This means that PC gamers can use multiple monitors to enjoy this upcoming third person sandbox game. The companies have also released a screenshots in which we can see the game running in ‘triple-monitors’ with Eyefinity and can be viewed after the jump. WRC 2 – Patch v1.1 Is Now Available

Black Bean has just released a day-one patch for their latest rally racing game, WRC 2: The Official Game. This patch is 12MB in size and fixes some issues that most PC gamers were facing. Most importantly though is that this patch addresses the crashes that were occuring during the characters’ customization in “The Road to the WRC” game mode.
