Despite the controversy surrounding Aliens: Colonial Marines, Gearbox has released a new update for the PC version of it. This is a minor update that comes with compatibility support for “Reconnaissance Pack” multiplayer add-on, as well as various visual improvements, including new screen space ambient occlusion (SSAO) functionality. Precursor Games today unveiled its debut project Shadow of the Eternals. Developed by the creators of the critically acclaimed Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem, Shadow of the Eternals will be an episodic action/adventure game that is likely to gain the attention of gamers everywhere. After all, Eternal Darkness was highly praised and a lot of people wished for a sequel. Ubisoft has released a new set of screenshots and a trailer for its upcoming Call of Juarez title, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger. Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is said to be a real homage to the Wild West tales and era in which players will live the epic journey of Silas Greaves, a ruthless bounty hunter who spent his life on the trail of the West’s most notorious outlaws. Seems that DICE and EA won’t stop teasing us with BF4. The developer and the publisher of this highly anticipated first-person shooter has released another new screenshot, showcasing the great visuals that their Frostbite 3.5 engine is capable of. You know, time after time, there comes a game which has a really amazing concept but the gameplay falls short of amazing, even though you can see its potential.
