Warner Bros has released the E3 gameplay trailer for its upcoming Batman game, Batman: Arkham Origins. Developed by WB Games Montreal, Batman: Arkham Origins features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline set several years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. Taking place before the rise of Gotham City’s most dangerous criminals, the game showcases a young and unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. Electronic Arts has released the first trailer for Dragon Age 3: Inquisition. In addition, BioWare announced that the game will be coming in Fall 2014, so we have a long time since then. During Microsoft’s E3 conference, Respawn Entertainment revealed TitanFall as an exclusive title for its upcoming console. Naturally, we decided to ask Respawn whether there would be a PC version or not, and we are happy to report that TitanFall is officially coming our platform. According to Respawn, TitanFall will be released on Xbox One, PC and X360. Respawn has also confirmed that it will show more during EA’s conference, so stay tuned for more. CD Projekt RED has revealed the first gameplay footage of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt during Microsoft’s conference. Needless to say that the game looks amazing, though CDPR did not reveal the platform in which this trailer was running on (our guess is the PC, but who knows). Konami has revealed a new trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. This new Metal Gear Solid title will be also coming to Xbox One (and most probably on PS4). Activision and Infinity Ward have released a new tech trailer for Call of Duty: Ghosts, showcasing the graphical effects that will be supported in this next-gen version of this popular franchise. Call of Duty: Ghosts will support displacement mapping, SubD, sun-shafts, HDR, volumetric lighting, and high-resolution textures. To be honest though, apart from the SubD technique, these techniques have been used in other current-gen titles such as Crysis 3 and Metro: Last Light.
