YouTube’s channel ‘Machinima’ has shared an interesting live action short film, in which ‘Bat in the Sun Productions’ pits Wolverine against Predator. This live action short is directed by Aaron Shoenke and produced by Aaron, Sean Schoenke and Nikolay Zamkovoy. The costumes of the Predator and Wolverine are really great, and the whole short is of high quality. However, we’d expect Predator to be a little bit smarter than what is being shown here. 2K Games has unveiled an MMO version of Civilization. According to its description, Civilization Online promises to be a unique new MMO in which players work together to build a civilization from the stone age to the space age. Players will be able to create their custom avatar and then choose which role they will play in the expansion of their empire. Activision and Treyarch have released a new trailer for what seems to be a new Zombies DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Our guess is that this may be the last DLC for Black Ops 2, though we could be wrong. The Oculus Rift Team announced today that John Carmack will be officially joining them as their new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Carmack co-founded id Software, served as lead programmer on Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, and the Quake series, and is one of the pioneers of 3D graphics. It has not been confirmed yet whether Carmack has left id Software or not (ninja edit: Carmack will not leave id Software, though his role remains unknown.
