CryENGINE 3.4.3 Free SDK Is Now Available

Crytek has announced that a new version of its CryEngine 3 free SDK is currently available. This new version comes with Dedicated Server support, revamped Launcher menu, a Sandbox Welcome screen, improvements to Terrain precision/smoothing, Maya 2013 Exporter, as well as many tweaks/fixes/cleanups to the Sandbox UI. The Secret World – Issue #4 Promises To Be The Biggest Update Yet

Funcom has revealed that the fourth issue of The Secret World will be the biggest update yet for its MMORPG. This update introduces the Manhattan Exclusion Zone, the first raid set in the middle of New York City, as well as tons of other good stuff such as the Albion Theater where players can put on their own stage plays, the chainsaw auxiliary weapon, reticule combat and much more. BioWare gives away free copies of Mass Effect 2 to those affected by the Black Ops 2 disc issue

Ubisoft comments on the PC version of Assassin’s Creed 3: PC controls will be fine

In a Reddit IAMA discussion, Ubisoft’s employees have revealed some interesting new information about the PC version of Assassin’s Creed 3. According to Gabe Graziani, Ubisoft’s Community Developer, the PC version will be packed with DX11 features, and that all the bug fixes – that will be coming to the console versions – will be available from the get-go.
