Full Control today announced that digital download service Steam is now accepting pre-orders for Space Hulk, its highly anticipated 3D digital turn based strategy game based on the best-selling board game and set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Scheduled for commercial release on August 15th, 2013, the pre-order promotion will offer two limited edition DLC exclusives: a personal banner pole for multiplayer action and a Genestealer skin for single player combat. Our reader Cristian Fabian Munoz Isla shared with us some new info and videos from his upcoming Mortal Kombat II mod for id Software’s classic FPS, Doom. According to Cristian, MKII for DooM will feature a tag team mode in which 4 players can duke it out in a 2v2 battle (or only 2 players or 3, on the case for 3 players, 1 player control the 2 chars, and the rest only 1). It’s been a while since our last look on Overgrowth, don’t you think? Wolfire Games has released a new video, showcasing the changes that have been made to the game’s latest alpha build. This new version of Overgrowth features – among other things – two new rabbit models, a new sword throw animation, improved passive blocking during sword fights and updated run and walk animations. According to the company, the first CBT has been delayed until this fall and the open beta is scheduled to happen in December. Codemasters today announced that F1 2013 will launch on October 4th for X360, PS3 and PC. Ubisoft has announced that along with the previously announced Wii U, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS VITA versions, this new Rayman game? will be also available on PC. Rayman Legends PC is planned for an August 29th release in Europe, and for a September 3rd release in North America.
