Starfield gets a mod that fixes its sprinting stuttering issues

Modder ‘AntoniX35’ has released a mod for Starfield that fixes the annoying twitching/stuttering when sprinting on uneven ground. This is a must-have mod for Starfield, and we highly recommend downloading it as it should be compatible with all the previous mods we’ve shared.

For those wondering, this issue was also present in Fallout 4. Fallout 4 also suffered from lengthy loading times, for which the same modder released a mod to reduce them.

You can download the Sprint Stuttering Fix Mod for Starfield from here. At the end of the article, you can also find a video that showcases it in action.

Starfield has already gotten some truly amazing mods that everyone should use. For instance, this mod solves the game’s elevated black levels/washed-out graphics. You can also use this guide in order to increase your FOV. Then we have this AI-upscaled 4K Texture Pack. And let’s not forget the DLSS 2/XeSS and DLSS 3 Frame Generation mods. These mods will improve your overall experience, and we highly recommend downloading all of them.

Lastly, be sure to read our PC Performance Analysis. Starfield is one of the most multi-threaded PC games we’ve seen lately. However, the game also does not justify its huge GPU requirements, especially since it doesn’t use any Ray Tracing effects. Thus, let’s hope that Bethesda will improve its performance via some post-lanch updates.
