Obsidian’s artist is recreating Star Wars: Dark Forces’ first level in Unreal Engine 4 and it looks absolutely gorgeous

Jason Lewis, Senior Environment Artist at Obsidian Entertainment, has been experimenting with Unreal Engine 4. Lewis is currently recreating the first level from the 1999 Star Wars game, Dark Forces, in Epic’s Engine and shared some comparison screenshots between the original and his WIP project. New screenshots released for Escape from Tarkov, showcasing the Shoreline location

Battlestate Games has released some new screenshots for its hardcore story-driven MMO game, Escape from Tarkov. These new screenshots showcase the Shoreline location, the second closest location to the military checkpoint at the port area entrance. The Shoreline is characterized by a noticeably larger size than any other Tarkov locations, as well as varied landscapes and objects. Call of Duty: WWII looks almost as good as its reveal, slightly downgraded but still looks gorgeous

In addition, Capcom released a new trailer, highlighting for the first time the terrifying Rotten Vale area. Rotten Vale will be a land of unique and gigantic creatures awaits amongst this bed of bones, that will be littered with the skeletons of deceased monsters. Unreal Engine 4-powered horror game, inspired by Resident Evil, gets new beautiful screenshots

Back in June, we informed you about a new horror game inspired by the Resident Evil classic games. This title is being developed by a team that was assembled by 3D artist ‘B.O.W. Qin’.
