You can only change resolutions in Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection via Steam’s Game Properties
As I said back in April 2021, Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection PC appears to be a barebones port and nothing more. The game does not support mouse & keyboard, requires a gamepad, does not offer unlocked framerates, and won’t have many graphics settings.
