I seriously don’t know whether or not this bad news. Batman fans – and especially those located in US – will have to wait a little longer, as Steam has moved the game’s European and US release date to November 25th and November 18th, respectively. Kerberos Studios released a new update for their stand-alone follow-up to the hit 4X-styled Sword of the Stars franchise, Sword of the Stars II: Lords of Winter. This update introduces new encyclopedia entries on Admirals and Missions, as well as new badges to all races. Great news for all those Modern Warfare 3 fans as Steam is now offering a pre-loading for Infinity Ward’s and Sledgehammer Games’ highly anticipated FPS. By pre-loading the game, Steam owners won’t have to download the game during its official launch and will be able to enjoy it as soon as it get’s unlocked. Bohemia Interactive confirmed today two patches that are in the works and will be released once they have passed testing. According to the game’s press release, the first patch provides tweaks to various systems, but focuses chiefly upon tuning the Career, its finances and some of the contracts. Great news for all indie fans out there, as Headup Games announced today that they are securing the worldwide retail publishing & distribution rights for the Collector’s Edition of Terraria as well as the European rights to The Binding of Isaac. This is awesome as a lot of PC gamers want a box version of their games and some of them are not even bothered with buying their digital versions. Perfect World Entertainment and Zombie Studios released the third developer diary for their upcoming free-to-play FPS, Blacklight Retribution, in which the developers talk about the game’s gadgets and gear. Blacklight Retribution is coming exclusively on the PC and promises to set the new standard for free-to-play shooters, by fully leveraging Unreal 3 technology and implementing DirectX 11 to give gamers cutting-edge graphics that will blow away expectations as well as minds.
