Ultra Street Fighter IV won’t be coming to PC anytime soon, however a modder has managed to bring all of its major features to Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition via a mod. Created by YouTube’s member ‘KingBlackToof’, this mod updates all characters to their latest “Location Test” versions and adds to the game both the Red Focus as well as the Delayed wakeup.
