Studio Wildcard announced today that it will now offer full Steam Workshop support for the competitive dinosaur survival spin-off ARK: Survival of the Fittest including mods, maps, and total conversions across all PC/Mac/Linux/Steam OS platforms.

Red Barrels has announced that the release date for its horror game, Outlast 2, has been pushed back to Q1 2017. The team decided to delay the game in order to further polish it and deliver a product that it is proud of.

Piranha Bytes’ ELEX and SpellForce 3 will be playable at Gamescom 2016

Nordic Games has announced its Gamescom 2016 lineup. In hall 8 at stand C20 Nordic Games will present seven upcoming titles, including world and European premieres. Piranha Bytes‘ newest RPG highlight ELEX, the RPG/RTS-mix SpellForce 3 and the economic simulation The Guild 3 will be playable by the general public for the first time in Europe.
Fan-made Star Wars: Galaxy in Turmoil is no more, new game based on that concept coming soon

Back in March, we informed you about a new fan-made Star Wars game, inspired by the Battlefront series, called Galaxy in Turmoil. Galaxy in Turmoil was a multiplayer game that was meant to be distributed for free via Steam. However, it appears that Lucasfilm stepped in and decided to shut down this project.

3D artist creates Dark Souls 3-inspired environment in Unreal Engine 4

3D artist Alexander Ferm Forslund has been working on a new environment inspired by Dark Souls 3, and released two screenshots from it. This environment was created in Unreal Engine 4, and showcases some really crisp visuals, therefore we’re pretty sure that Dark Souls fans will appreciate this recreation.
