DayZ – Update 0.60 is now available to the public, includes new DX11 Renderer

Bohemia Interactive has announced the release of the highly anticipated 0.60 patch for DayZ. This update features the new DX11 renderer that significantly increases the game’s performance on a variety of PC configurations. This patch will be auto-downloaded from Steam, and you can view below some comparison videos between the game’s DX9 and DX11 modes!

Microsoft has presented a playable demo for Forza Horizon 3 at this year’s E3, and below you can find a video showcasing 8 minutes from it. F1 2016 to be released on August 19th

Codemasters has announced that F1 2016, the official videogame of the 2016 FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, will be released on August 19th. In addition, Codemasters released a new trailer for the game in which Daniel Ricciardo and Jolyon Palmer race around the brand new Baku Circuit.

In an interview with Giantbomb, Xbox boss Phil Spencer revealed some interesting information about Microsoft’s future plans regarding the Windows store. Phil Spencer claimed that some of Microsoft’s games will find their way on Steam, something that will definitely please a lot of PC gamers.

Microsoft and The Coalition surprised everyone when they announced that Gears of War 4 would be coming to the PC alongside its Xbox One version this October. And as Michael Rayner, Technical Director at The Coalition, claimed, the framerate in the PC version will be unlocked.
