PC gaming has doubled its revenue in five years, GeForce Now announced

At CES 2017, NVIDIA’s co-founder Jen-Hsun Huang revealed that PC gaming has doubled its revenue in five years. Furthermore, there are currently 200 million GeForce gamers, something that – according to Jen-Hsun Huang – explains the expensive R&D that NVIDIA has been doing over these past few years.

Diablo III – 20th Anniversary Patch 2.4.3 is now live, adds Diablo 1 free event & support for DirectX 11

In order to celebrate Diablo’s 20th anniversary, Blizzard released a new massive update for Diablo III. This update adds support for the Corsair Utility Engine (CUE) SDK and Razer peripherals, and a screen space ambient occlusion (SSAO) pixel shader option, improves support for 60Hz+ monitors, and adds a 64-bit client as default for 64-bit Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Windows 10’s Game Mode may be available only to UWP games

Last week, we informed you about a Game Mode that will be coming in the near future to Windows 10. This mode will reduce memory, CPU and GPU footprint on running apps when a game is running, which may potentially improve performance. However, it appears that this mode may be available only to UWP games.

Electronic Arts and Bioware have just announced that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released on March 21st. Mass Effect: Andromeda is described as the most ambitious Mass Effect game to date, and will be adding new gameplay features.
Brutal Doom – New screenshots showcase new maps & lighting effects

Alongside Brutal Doom 64, modder ‘Sergeant_Mark_IV’ is working on a new version of the original Brutal Doom mod. Brutal Doom v20c will feature several new maps, new areas, as well as new light effects for existing maps. Turok Remaster now features a level editor

Nightdive Studios has released a new patch for the remastered version of Turok that adds a level editor to it. According to the team, the new Level Editor for Turok allows users to create and modify maps and to upload these via the Steam Workshop.
