Bluehole Studio today announced that its battle royale first-person shooter, PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS, has sold two million copies worldwide. PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS was released in late March and it took Bluehole Studio almost a month in order to hit this milestone.

PREY releases in a couple of days and since Bethersda did not release a PC demo, a lot of fans have been wondering whether the PC version would be plagued by performance issues. Well, Arkane’s president, Raphael Colantonio, claimed that they are pretty confident that PREY won’ be plagued by the same issues that affected Dishonored 2.

Blizzard has announced that its free-to-play online collectible card video game, Hearthstone, has reached 70 million registered players. Hearthstone was released in 2014 and it took Blizzard almost three years to reach this goal.

Modder ‘DooMero’ is currently working on a Killer Instinct mod for id Software’s classic shooter, DOOM. This Killer Instinct mod is similar to DooMero’s other project, Mortal Kombat Compilation mod for GZDoom. In other words, this mod will make it possible to play Killer Instinct online via Zandronum.
Unreal Engine 4-powered turn-based mech strategy game, DUAL GEAR, delayed until 2018

Orbital Speed Studio has announced that its turn-based mech strategy game, DUAL GEAR, has been delayed until 2018. The game is currently under a closed beta phase on the PC and after all the feedback Orbital Speed Studio received, it decided to delay it.
