NVIDIA RTX series 3X faster with mesh shading in Vulkan, RTX2080 handles 20 billion triangles/second

While we still haven’t seen a single game taking advantage of the new RTX technology, game developers have been recently experimenting with it. One of them is Roblox and according to its Technical Director, Arseny Kapoulkine, the new NVIDIA RTX series is 3X faster in Vulkan when using mesh shading than traditional raster.

YouTube’s ‘Nokzen’ has shared a video showing 18 minutes of gameplay footage from The Hong Kong Massacre. The Hong Kong Massacre is described as a fast-paced, top-down shooter that is inspired by classic action movies, placing players at the center of a hard-boiled revenge story, filled with brutal, cinematic shootouts and vivid underworld locations.

BehemothProgrammer has released a new version of the incredible Co-Op mod for Turok 2: Seeds of Evil. Version 0.9.5 adds the entire first level of Turok 3, Seal The Breach, as a bonus map, optimizes net write bits, adds the Doom E1M1 music track and fixes incorrect weapon ammo amounts from rejoining players.
