Ubisoft has revealed – via Splinter Cell’s official FB page – a new screenshot for Splinter Cell: Blacklist, showcasing a darker indoor envrionment which means that the game will feature levels similar to those of the older Splinter Cell titles. In addition, the company has unveiled that a new footage for Blacklist is on its way, though it did not reveal any ETA. Following Trackmania 2: Valley’s reveal, Nadeo has also announced the Stadium environment, an all-time favorite stage that was played by millions around the world through TrackMania Nations Forever will be available in ManiaPlanet in early 2013. TrackMania 2: Stadium will benefit from the improved game engine used in TrackMania 2: Canyon and ShootMania Storm, meaning a better management of light and shadows, among other goodies. Nadeo announced Trackmania 2: Valley, the third game of the TrackMania 2 series that is taking place in a lush valley with a rally gameplay. According to its description, the coming of a new environment means a net set of blocks for the editor, but also a brand new gameplay for the driving experience. Today, Ubisoft announced the release of the new 0.9.0 patch for Ghost Recon Online, that will bring with it various new features and Halloween themed content for players to experience and enjoy. Developed by Ubisoft Singapore, Ghost Recon Online is a free-to-play, third-person online multiplayer shooter, that brings a new dimension to tactical team play. Today, Ubisoft and New Regency announced that they are partnering on the forthcoming Assassin’s Creed film. Ubisoft Motion Pictures, the film and television division of Ubisoft, will develop the Assassin’s Creed film in close collaboration with New Regency. The development of a screenplay is beginning immediately and the project is being fast tracked as the creative pieces come together, while allowing Ubisoft to maintain control of key elements of the movie’s creative direction.
