Well, good news for those interested in this franchise as the game’s FB page teased some incoming news about it. According to the FB page, we’ll be getting news about Prince of Persia next week. We don’t know whether Ubisoft is teasing a new iOS game or a proper, next-gen sequel to this beloved franchise, so we’ll have to wait and see. Our reader ‘BlastThyName’ has informed us about the studio that will be porting Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag on the PC. According to the official Russian-language fan site Assassins-Creed.ru, Ubisoft Kiev will be handling the PC version of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed title. Ubisoft Kiev was also responsible for the PC versions of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and Assassin’s Creed III. Splinter Cell: Blacklist – Spies vs. Mercs Introduction Trailer

Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Splinter Cell: Blacklist in which the French company explains the basic features of the game’s MP mode, Spies vs. Mercs. Spies play in third person perspective, they are fast and agile, use the environment as their weapon and hide in the shadows to surprise their enemies. Mercs, on the other hand, play in first person, can use a flashlight to detect spies, and can rely on their firepower to overcome various circumstances. This video seems a bit unpolished (perhaps the footage is from an early version?), and Ubisoft has been trying to take it down this whole day. Splinter Cell: Blacklist – PC Features Detailed + New Footage

Splinter Cell: Blacklist’ producer Andy Wilson has revealed some new tech details about the PC version of Ubisoft’s upcoming action/stealth third person title. According to Wilson, the PC version of Splinter Cell: Blacklist will support both DX9 and DX11. PC gamers can expect horizon based ambient occlusion, TXAA, high resolution shadows, and parallax mapping. In addition, Blacklist will support specific DX11 features, such as tessellation. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – PC Version To Be Delayed A Few Weeks

Well, Ubisoft is at it again. BehindGames has just reported that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will be released a few weeks after the release of the one for current-gen consoles. The game was initially planned for a simultaneously release on X360, PS3 and PC, however during this year’s E3, Ashraf Ismail (creative director of the game) confirmed that the PC version won’t be released on November 1st.
