Ziggurat Interactive announced today they have purchased the rights to multiple game licenses previously owned by Majesco Entertainment, including fan-favourite BloodRayne. Alongside BloodRayne, Ziggurat now owns the rights of Advent Rising, Raze’s Hell, and Flip’s Twisted World. You know what? It’s really ironic when publishers decide not to comment on a question, when distributors have shared false information, and when you get a proper answer from a pirated group with its latest actions. Despite the claims of Activision’s Greek distributor, IGE, of the PC version getting cancelled, Activision has released this title on the PC, and has already been leaked – though in some regions the game may be already available – by a specific pirated scene group. The Walking Dead: Survival Instict – Release Date Revealed, First Official Screenshots

Activision has revealed that its FPS title, based on The Walking Dead series, will be released for PC, X360 and PS3 on March 26th. The game is currently available for pre-order on GameStop and you can view below its first – official – set of screenshots. In all seriousness, this game does not look like anything special and even though Terminal Reality stated that the trailer that was released a couple of days ago was from a really old build, we cannot spot anything noteworthy – visually – on these new, official shots. Nevertheless, enjoy the shots below and let’s hope that Activision will reveal a new trailer for it! Activision’s The Walking Dead FPS – First Footage Unveiled?

As you may already know, Activision is preparing an FPS title, based on the ‘The Walking Dead’ franchise. While the big publisher has not revealed anything – officially – as of yet, Guru3D’s member ‘Stone Gargoyle’ has shared a video from what looks like a prototype version of that FPS game. It looks kind of meh and generic, though we should note that the final game may not look anywhere close to it. Enjoy the video after the jump! New ‘The Walking Dead’ FPS from Activision, coming to PC in 2013

Activision has revealed a new FPS game, based on The Walking Dead universe. As you may have guessed, this new ‘The Walking Dead’ game has nothing to do with Telltale’s titles. The Walking Dead FPS will be developed by Terminal Reality and players will control Daryl as they attempt to avoid detection from zombies that hunt using sight, sound and smell and will choose between fighting them or using stealth to avoid detection. This is the final public release as the project is finished and features enhanced Blood Pools Reflections, enhanced Aura Vision, enhanced Glass Transparency, enhanced Fog, 33% faster shader programs and multi-GPU CUDA Support.
