When DICE and EA revealed Star Wars: Battlefront, the first thing we told ourselves was that the final version would never come close to the visuals that were showcased. See, Star Wars: Battlefront looked incredible and it was really hard to believe that DICE would pull it off. Well, today we are happy to report that we were wrong. YouTube’s ‘NoFaTe’ has released a video, showcasing the first modded match for Star Wars: Battlefront running on a custom dedicated server. As NoFaTe noted, for the purposes of this demonstration, players have infinite health, and jetpacks have been modified to fly much farther. When Star Wars: Battlefront was revealed, a lot of gamers wondered whether the forest moon of Endor would look THAT good in its final build. To be honest, this is a really meh trailer as EA could have done some amazing things with Star Wars’ universe. Star Wars: Battlefront – New Beautiful Screenshots Unveiled
Electronic Arts and DICE have unveiled some new screenshots for Star Wars: Battlefront. Star Wars: Battlefront is powered by Frostbite 3 and is currently planned for a November release. The game had an open beta a couple of days ago and according to EA, this was the most successful beta phase for EA as more than 9 million people have downloaded and played it.
