Back in January, we informed you about the release of Renegade X: Black Dawn. Renegade X: Black Dawn is a remake of C&C: Renegade that is powered by Unreal Engine 3 and is available for free. Awesome, right? What you didn’t know though was that the team behind it has been working hard for its MP mode and has finally released the first MP footage of it. As its description reads, this video discusses the new gameplay plans for Renegade X and its upcoming multiplayer release. In addition, this video includes the first-ever footage of alpha testing. Christian Allen’s tactical shooter “Takedown” has managed to hit its Kickstarter goal at – literally – the last minutes and here we are today with its first footage. As noted, this is a very early render mission briefing video for Serellan’s prototype level, the Biolab, with a teaser fly through of the level at the end. Activision has released ten new screenshots from the MP mode of Black Ops 2. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is developed by Treyarch and will feature, among other things, a Zombie MP mode. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is set in the year 2025 and propels players into global conflict featuring advanced weaponry, robotics, and drone warfare in a new Cold War scenario whose seeds are being sown in today’s headlines. The game will feature a new game engine and will not support DX9. According to the team, DX11 has been used for performance purposes, meaning that Black Ops 2 will run – and will look – better than its predecessor. Black Ops 2 is slated for a November 13rd release. 4A Games has revealed that Metro: Last Light won’t feature any multiplayer mode at launch. According to the company, a small team was experimenting with some MP ideas for Metro: Last Light but after the E3 demo, 4A Games decided to focus entirely on the SP mode. This decision was made because the team believes that the single player campaign is what the fanbase cares about the most. Damn straight right. Markus ‘Notch’ Persson has released a new video for his upcoming Firefly/Elite Hybrid Space Sim, 0x10c. 0x10c will take place in a hard science fiction world and will feature lots of engineering, a fully working computer system, space battles against the AI or other players, abandoned ships full of loot. THQ has released some new DLCs for Darksiders 2. PC gamers can go ahead and purchase the Mortis Pack, Rusanov’s Axe, Van Der Schmash Hammer, Fletcher’s Crow Hammer, Mace Maximus, Angel of Death, Deadly Despair and Shadow of Death packs. As the titles suggest, these new DLCs are basically new weapons, armors and skills. We should note that these packs are not included in the Season Pass of Darksiders 2, meaning that you won’t get them if you purchase it. Mass Effect 3’s producer Mike Gamble revealed today that the Omega DLC will be unleashed on November 27th and will be priced at 15$. According to Gamble, this will be the biggest DLC to date for Mass Effect 3 and will be twice the size of the largest Mass Effect 3 DLC so far. Electronic Arts has released a new video for Criterion’s upcoming racer, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, that showcases its Multiplayer mode.
