The new name, ‘Altis’, reflects the distinctive Mediterranean identity of its environment, but distinguishes it from the real-world Greek island of Lemnos, which has served as the main source of inspiration. Remember yesterday’s GTA IV iCEnhancer 2.5 screenshots? They looked lovely, didn’t they (despite some limitation that could be easily noticed)? Well, Hayssam Keilany has released a new set of screenshots that can be viewed below. In addition, the modder revealed that iCEnhnacer 2.5’s current timesync works great without the need of an ENB or any DLL. As suggested in our previous post, Codemasters today announced that GRID 2 will race into retail on May 31st for X360, PS3 and PC. Codemasters has also announced a GRID 2 Special Edition, available for pre-order, which features extra content, redeemable via download on PSN, Xbox LIVE and Windows PC, illustrated in screenshots also released today. Grand Theft Auto V Gets Delayed Until September 17th On Consoles, Still No Mention About A PC Version

Rockstar has just announced that GTA V will be coming to home consoles (PS3 and X360) on September 17th. The game has been delayed for four months and the developers states that it will be worth the wait. Again, Rockstar did not mention anything about a possible PC version. There have been further rumors about it (like this Linkedin from one of Rockstar’s employees), and since the console version arrives on September, we can pretty much say that GTA V won’t hit PCs in 2013. Battlefield 3: End Game is the fifth expansion pack for DICE’s military FPS title, and will be out on March 2013. Splinter Cell meets RC Airplanes – Live-Action Short Film

Our reader ‘Bryce Jurgensmeier’ has informed us about a new live-action ‘Splinter Cell’ short film, created by Devin Graham. This short film was inspired by the Paladin airplane that is included in the Blacklist Collector’s Edition (which does flies mind you). What’s also interesting is that Ubisoft helped in creating this video, so kudos to them. Splinter Cell: Blacklist is currently planned for an August 20th release on PC, X360 and PS3. Enjoy! Dead Space 3 Gets A New Story Trailer

In order to remind us that Dead Space 3 is coming in a couple of days, Electronic Arts has released a new story trailer for Visceral Games’ action horror title. As the title suggests, this trailer focuses on the story part of DS3. Dead Space 3 is planned for a February 8th release on PC, PS3 and X360.
