Battlefield 4 Extended Cinematic Tools Showcased, Allowed On Non Ranked Servers

YouTube’s member has shared a new video, showcasing his upcoming mod for Battlefield 4. This mod – called Battlefield 4 Extended Cinematic Tools – is described as a hack for BF4 that ‘gives the player access to different camera and visual settings, allowing a greater variety for cinematic videos.’ Naturally this mod is now allowed on ranked servers but as DICE’s Gustav Halling claimed, PC gamers can use this on non-ranked servers that do not run PunkBuster. There is no ETA yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted. Kudos to our reader ‘GhostRiderLSOV’ for spotting it! Warning Alert: This May Or May NOT Be Your First Look At Grand Theft Auto V PC

YouTube’s member ‘warrockteam1’ has shared a video from what seems to be an early build of Grand Theft Auto V PC. Although this seems fishy, warrockteam1 claimed that this is the real deal and hinted towards a Q1 2014 release date. Still, I find it really hard to believe that this is proper footage from the PC version (even though the framerate seems better and smoother than what I’ve witnessed in both X360 and PS3). Moreover, it seems that the draw distance setting did not affect the distant objects/buildings. In short, take it with a grain of salt. And if warrockteam1 went into all this trouble to fool everyone with his video skills, then kudos to him! Road Redemption – Road Rash Spiritual Successor – Latest Gameplay Footage Fails To Impress

Dark Seas Games has released a rather disappointing new video for its spiritual successor to Road Rash, Road Redemption. This video supposedly showcases the new graphical features that have been implemented to the game, however one of the developers claimed that the gameplay footage was captured from a laptop that was running the game at medium settings (something that should also explain the low framerate). So here is the one million dollar question: what’s the point of using an under-powered laptop to showcase your graphical improvements on medium settings and not on max?
