Here Is What the Cancelled Version of Doom 4 Looked Like
The new Doom game will be revealed in about a month, and today a number of screenshots from the cancelled version of Doom 4 got revealed (some videos were also provided that are – unfortunately – now private). In short, this is the real deal. This is how Doom 4 looked like. As we can see, this felt more like a mashup between Call of Duty and Killzone rather than a new Doom game. Doom Gets E3 2015 Teaser Trailer, Gameplay Footage Coming June 14th
Bethesda has released a teaser trailer for id Software’s Doom. According to the publisher, the game will be unveiled during its E3 Press Conference, during which Bethesda will show a gameplay video. Doom will be powered by id Tech 6, so here is hoping that this new iteration of the id Tech engine won’t be plagued all the tech issues that affected its predecessor. Enjoy! inXile Entertainment announced today that it will return to Kickstarter for their next big cRPG project, The Bard’s Tale IV, launching Monday June 2nd at 6 AM PST/13:00 UTC. inXile Entertainment plans to return to Skara Brae for a true dungeon-crawling sequel to the original The Bard’s Tale trilogy that helped define the cRPG genre.
