Insurgency: Sandstorm targets a 2018 release, will not support single-player and co-operative story modes

New World Interactive’s Michael Tsarouhas has announced that Insurgency: Sandstorm will drop its single-player and cooperative story mode. Star Wars Battlefront II 2005 receives a brand new official Multiplayer patch

Now here is a pleasant surprise. Disney has just released a brand new multiplayer patch for the 2005 version of Star Wars: Battlefront 2. Now I don’t know if this is any indication of Disney giving EA the middle finger (after what has happened with Star Wars Battlefront 2’s micro-transactions), however this is definitely great news for all Battlefront 2 players that decided to stick with the original title. Psyonix has announced that its special sports game, Rocket League, has surpassed 40 million players worldwide. Rocket League is a physics-based multiplayer-focused sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, in which players choose a variety of high-flying vehicles equipped with huge rocket boosters to score amazing aerial goals and pull-off incredible game-changing save. AMD will fix, after all, the DX9 crashing issues in an upcoming hotfix

Yesterday, we informed you about a ridiculous statement from one of AMD’s technical support engineers who claimed that the newly introduced crashing issues on some DX9 wouldn’t be addressed via a future update. Naturally, this prompted a lot of AMD users to contact the red team and express their dissatisfaction and as a result of that backlash, the team announced that an upcoming hotfix will resolve these crashing issues.
