Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Far Cry 3, in which the company introduces us to Hoyt, the depraved mastermind behind the insanity and atrocities of the island. This video will let players learn about the twisted “rules” that he lives by and how he exacts punishment on his enemies. Okay farmers, this is the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Farming Simulator 2013 will finally release this week in Europe on PC, next week in the UK, and November in the US, and Focus Home Interactive has released its launch trailer in order to celebrate it. According to the publisher, this trailer unveils one last peek at the large amount of content and new features offered in the game. From crops to the sale of the harvest, to animal husbandry, players will manage and develop their own farm in a massive new world. Ex-Midway employee, Sean Lantis, has revealed some early footage from John Woo’s Stranglehold sequel, Gun Runner, that was canceled a couple of years ago. As Lantis described, this project was basically the sequel to Stranglehold and was getting fully rebranded to appeal to a wider audience. Lantis was the VFX lead on this project and was in charge of all visual effects as well as a good portion of the destruction work. Unfortunately, this game never made it to production and all footage is from the preproduction stage. Enjoy! Nordic Games has released two new trailers for Painkiller: Hell & Damnation that showcase all the new features of the PC release of the game plus the accompanying hellish heavy metal tracks “Monkey Nation” and “Run in circles” by Ojo Rojo. Project CARS member ‘JonZ’ has released a new community trailer for Slightly Mad Studios’ racer that showcases the wet weather effects that have introduced to the game’s latest pre-alpha build. Even though this is pre-alpha stuff, it is pretty obvious that cars can ‘get wet.’ This means that you won’t witness ‘clean and shiny’ cars – during the rain races – that are similar to those of GT5. Aventurine has revealed the first footage for the re-worked version of its Darkfall MMO game, Darkfall: Unholy Wars, that shows off the Baresark class. As the team described, in Darkfall Unholy Wars, one of the roles destined to serve players that love heavy melee combat is the Warrior. One of the Warrior schools is the Baresark. 2K Games and Machinima have unveiled a new trailer for BioShock Infinite that was voted for by the Irrational Facebook community. This trailer shows more of the streets (and skies) of Columbia, new ways to use your Sky-Hook and how Elizabeth can be your wingman in combat.
