Batman: Arkham Origins was showcased at Nvidia’s event yesterday and YouTube’s member ‘MKIceVsFire’ has managed to capture 40 minutes of new gameplay footage. SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow Gets A Developer Gameplay Walkthrough

Maxis and EA have released a new developer gameplay walkthrough for SimCity’s upcoming expansion, Cities of Tomorrow. In this walkthrough, Lead Designer Stone Librande gives us more details about the new game features that have been implemented, such as multi-zone MegaTowers, new city specializations such as The Academy and OmegaCo, and new improvements for our cities based on plausible future technologies. SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow is planned for a November 12th and Maxis is exploring the idea of implementing an offline mode. Enjoy! Battlefield 4 – Running At 4K (4096×2160) On Four Titans

Our reader ‘MahaVakyas’ has shared with us an interesting video, showcasing what Battlefield 4 looks like at 4K. Captured by YouTube’s member ‘Thirty IR’, this video shows Battlefield running at a really high resolution (running at 4800×2560 and being downscaled to 4096×2160) with all its bells and whistles enabled on four Nvidia Titan cards. According to Thirty IR, all settings were maxed out – including Anti-Aliasing (4x MSAA) – and VRAM usage was around 5.1GB. Enjoy! In order to celebrate the game’s upcoming launch, Crytek has released a new teaser trailer for Warface. Warface is planned for an October 21st release on the PC and aims to deliver fast-paced explosive action, team-driven Co-op and Versus gameplay, and immersive visuals. The game will offer new content on a regular basis in the form of daily cooperative campaign missions with new challenges and a continual supply of new maps, weaponry, boosts, and more to keep gameplay fresh and exciting. Battlefield 4 Beta Bug Turns ‘Siege of Shanghai’ Into An Underwater City

Our reader ‘Ghost Rider LSOV’ shared with us a hilarious bug from Battlefield 4’s beta that turned the Siege of Shanghai map into an underwater city. According to ‘EmotionaltroutHD’ who captured it, this bug started at checkpoint A when walking downstairs. The player could not shoot and the bug continued even after being killed and re-spawned. Obviously DICE will sort it out, though it will be a great easter egg to turn this map into an underwater city, don’t you think? In this fourth episode of Operation: Make Faster game, the development team introduces us to Rob Elam and Julio Jerez, programmers for PlanetSide 2. Valve Demonstrates The Steam Controller

Valve has released a new video that gives us a quick look at some games being played with the prototype version of the Steam Controller. The Controller showcased here is the same version with the one that Valve will be shipping to 300 Steam users later this year. The team has promised to release more demonstrations with other games soon, so stay tuned for more. The Steam Controller seems way better than other controllers and surprisingly enough, even strategy games seem playable with it.
