Crysis 2 modder ‘TheModMan101’ has released a high-resolution asset pack for Crytek’s little gem. This Alpine Asset Pack features – among other things – new textures for Pine Needles, Moss, Mud, Gravel, Pebbles, and Grass. TheModMan101 has also released some screenshots from it that can be viewed below. The end result is amazing and we can’t wait to see those assets being used in custom-made maps/mods. In this second episode of Irrational Games’ Heavy Hitter series, they go back to the very first enemy most fans saw in the BioShock Infinite announcement trailer: the powerful, gigantic yet agile Handyman. Bohemia Interactive has released six new screenshots for their upcoming remake of Carrier Command. These new screenshots showcase some of the game’s environments. Carrier Command: Gaea Mission is set in the Gaea Universe, with a story adapted from the science fiction trilogy of novels, and promises to reinvent the classic gameplay of the original Carrier Command, released in 1988, to deliver a truly next-gen experience. Humans Must Answer is a 2D space shooter with puzzle elements, set in the distant future. It’s an satirical adventure of two young spaceship pilots, searching for knowledge and found themselves in the Solar System. Earlier yesterday, we presented you some teasing shots of a supposedly new circuit for Project CARS, Slightly Mad Studios’ upcoming community-based racing game. Well, the company has released some new teasers of another country circuit that can be viewed below. Not only that, but when a fan wondered – at the game’s official FB page – what kind of cars would be racing on that particular circuit, the company responded and said that Lamborghini, Ferrari and Porsche cars could run on them. Although Slightly Mad Studios didn’t confirm anything, it’s pretty clear that the company wants to include this kind of cars in their racing game. Okay everyone, take a good look at the first screenshot because this is an in-game shot from an upcoming circuit of Project CARS. Seriously now, look at the ocean and the sky. I swear, when I first looked at it I thought that it was a real shot. But then I noticed the grass and the slightly blurred (and low-res) mountains in the background and realized that it was an in-game shot.
