If there is one adventure series that I really loved these past years, this is definitely Frictional Games’ Penumbra series – I still consider Amnesia as the spiritual successor of Penumbra so you can add it to that series. Frictional Games is a really talented studio, no doubt about that. Eletronic Arts and Funcom released a new developer diary via PCGamer. This developer diary details the factions that will be available on the game and players will be able to ally with Dragon, the Templar, or the Illuminati. The Secret World is being developed by world-leading independent game developer Funcom, will feature 100-player PvP warzones and is set to release exclusively on the PC in April 2012. Electronic Arts released today a brand new gameplay footage of Starbreeze’s upcoming FPS game that will be based on one of the most legendary PC series, Syndicate. The classic Syndicate has fully transformed into a brutal first-person action adventure of revenge and corruption. This footage is 11 minutes in length and showcases the game’s graphics, environments and while we were a bit sceptical about the the aforementioned changes, it does look and feel great.
