Korean Indie team Turtle Cream will release their 1st commercial game ‘Sugar Cube : Bittersweet Factory’ at February 25th. Sugar Cube : Bittersweet Factory is commercial version of ‘Sugar Cube’, which won 2010 IGF China best game. Sugar Cube : The Bittersweet Factory is a 2D platformer game that presents the story of a sugar cube. The backgrounds of the game have two sides, namely, the front and the back. PixelFoundry Games was founded in the Orlando Area earlier last month. Fallen Earth Free-to-Play and Wargame: European Escalation are now available on Steam

I remember, back in the days, that I really wanted to give Fallen Earth a go. It sounded great. Hybrid real-time combat system gives you the perfect blend of first-person combat and role-playing, 1.000 square kilometers to explore, dynamically occurring events, including invasions and resource cache discoveries mean that there is always something happening. Alan Wake FXAA Injector boosts the game’s atmosphere, Remedy explains why SLI is not supported

And here is the first mod for Alan Wake PC. Well… kind of. Remedy’s community member ‘john129pats’ has released a settings profile for FXAA Injector, the famous tool that was used heavily in Skyrim. This FXAA profile is said to enhance the atmosphere by making nights darker, and making your flashlight stand out. The profile comes with Desaturation, Extra Anti-Aliasing, Bloom,Light Sharpening, Darker Nights and Brighter Lights. You can find the download link, as well as some comparisons below. New Serious Sam 3: BFE Update comes with Global illumination fixes and additional animations

Croteam has released a new update for their amazing first-person “kill_everything_that_is_in_front_of_you” game, Serious Sam 3: BFE. This new update comes with fixes to the game’s Global illumination lighting and the addition of various animations for Sam himself, as well as some other fixes. The time has finally come. Cry of Fear, the horror Total Conversion for Half-Life and spiritual successor to “Afraid of Monsters” has finally been released. To launch the mod, it is important that you launch it through the shortcut that the install wizard is generating for you. Starting it through that shortcut will start it using Team Psykskallar’s own custom launch program. Mass Effect 3: From Ashes DLC Detailed; screenshots and video coming in the following days

A couple of days ago, Mass Effect 3’s “From Ashes” DLC was leaked via XBLA. Obviously, BioWare wasn’t prepared for such a leak and after a few days, the company decided to clarify why it was not included in the main game and reveal some more details about it. The content in From Ashes was developed by a separate team (after the core game was finished) and not completed until well after the main game went into certification. Tomes of Mephistopheles – FPS RPG dungeon crawler with randomly generated levels, alpha version out

Tomes of Mephistopheles is a first-person action-RPG dungeon crawler with procedurally generated dungeons and overworlds. According to the devs, players will be able to use explosives or other means to create your own path through a destructible world. Players will be able to pick up real world objects. Contrary to other games, in Tomes of Mephistopheles chests and other containers do not use menus, but instead have actual items inside. A Homage to Dear Esther – Lovely video that showcases the beauty of The Chinese Room’s little gem

A few days ago, Justin Salih informed as about his new video for Dear Esther. Well, it was good but not THAT good, so we didn’t feature it. And we are delighted to see Justin feeling the same way with us. Yeah, it was good but the shots that were used were not good enough to really show off what the game is capable of. Tribes: Ascend Open Beta Launched Earlier; Download and Play right now this new Tribes game

This is awkward. A couple of hours ago, we informed you about the Open Beta stage of Tribes: Ascend. According to Hi-Rez Studios, the open beta phase would start this Friday. Well, you don’t have to wait until then as Tribes: Ascend has already entered its Open Beta testing. That’s right. You can download the client, create an account and play the game.
