Modder ‘Aron’ has released a new mod that overhauls Skyrim’s Dungeons and Ruins environments. In short – and according to its description – this mod adds a set of textures and – more important – a set of edited meshes enhanced with parallax depth-effect. Be warned though that there might be some conflicts with the ‘elnfx’ and ‘smim’ meshes (if you’re using custom texture packs for them). YouTube’s member ‘samothethief’ has shared an interesting mod for Sonic 4 – Episode 2. As the title suggests, this mod replaces the model and animations of Modern Sonic with a new re-adapted model of Classic Sonic from Sonic Generation. Furthermore, this mod includes Classic Super Sonic (rigged by JoeTE), Classic Tails model (rigged and adapted to Sonic 4 – Episode 2 by JoeTE) and Special Stage music replacement by Falk. During their SIGGRAPH 2013 talk, CD Projekt RED’s Balazs Torok and Krzysztof Krzyscin unveiled some new interesting information about RED Engine; the engine powering The Witcher 2 and CDPR’s upcoming RPG, The Witcher 3. According to the developers, this engine was originally meant to be used in The Witcher 3 as the game was planned ahead already, however CDPR decided to take advantage of it with The Witcher 2.
