NVIDIA DLSS 3 is completely broken on AMD Ryzen 7000 CPUs in The Witcher 3 Next-Gen & Cyberpunk 2077

NVIDIA and CD Projekt RED recently released the Ray Tracing Overdrive Patch for Cyberpunk 2077. This RT Mode is so heavy that even the RTX 4090 needs DLSS 3 in order to achieve playable framerates at 4K. And while at first glance everything appeared to be working fine, upon further testing we’ve discovered that DLSS 3 is completely broken on the AMD Ryzen 7000 series CPUs.
