Dishonored 2 – Patch 1.3 is now available to everyone

Arkane Studios has released Dishonored 2’s patch 1.3 to everyone on Steam. This patch was initially available in the game’s beta branch, and comes with general performance and optimization improvements, additional mouse improvements, and adds a setting to turn OFF Camera Motion Blur.
