New patch for Ashes of the Singularity improves CPU performance over 30%

After the release of the Ryzen 7 CPUs, Stardock has been working closely with AMD in order to improve Ashes of the Singularity’s overall performance. As a result of that collaboration, Stardock released a new patch for it that improves CPU performance over 30%.

Dead Cells, 2D roguelike game inspired by Castlevania, will feature procedural generation

Motion Twin have released a new dev diary elaborating on the benefits of using procedural generation in their stylish upcoming roguevania game titled Dead Cells. By mixing procedural generation with metroidvania game design, Motion Twin wants to provide players with replayability and discoverability, but also maintain a sense of gated progression.

Electronic Arts has confirmed that Star Wars: Battlefront II will be released in 2017. In addition, the big publisher revealed that the first trailer for this new Battlefront game will be released on April 15th.
