AntonioR has shared an ESRGAN AI-enhanced high resolution texture pack for Dungeon Siege. This pack is 887MB in size and will update some of the game’s textures. Therefore, we highly recommend downloading it if you are still playing this RPG.
A couple of days ago, we informed you about an ESRGAN AI-enhanced HD Texture Pack for Star Wars: KOTOR. And today, I’m happy to report that a similar mod has been released for the second part in the Knights of the Old Republic series, Star Wars KOTOR 2.
Now here is something that passed under my radar. Modder ‘Red11BY’ has released an ESRGAN AI-enhanced HD Texture Pack for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. This texture pack overhauls every NPC and armor textures in the game by using the well known AI techniques that surfaced recently.
Reddit’s member ‘tophergopher1‘ has released a beta version of his ESRGAN AI-enhanced Texture Pack for the Nintendo GameCube remake of the first Metal Gear Solid game, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes.
Modder ‘TreeMarmot’ has released an ESRGAN AI-enhanced Texture Pack for the classic 1997 first-person game based on the Star Wars universe, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II. According to the modder, this texture pack is intended for use by mod authors as a base for their own high-resolution re-texture projects.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind fans, here is something for your today. Modders ‘Jamasen’ and ‘DassiD’ have released new ESRGAN AI-enhanced HD texture packs for these two games that improve the quality of their original, blurry and low-resolution textures.
By now I’m pretty sure that most of you know how much I love ESRGAN and Topaz Topaz Gigapixel. We’ve been sharing a lot of AI-enhanced Texture Packs for numerous old/classic games these past couple of months, however today we’ve decided to share some really cool intro videos from some of our favourite 32-bit games.
ERSGAN and Topaz Gigapixel are two AI techniques that, at least in our opinion, should be used for most – if not all – classic games. Thanks to these AI techs, older games can benefit from better and more detailed textures that retain the original style of the game.
