NexusMods’ ‘EnemyPK’ has released a new fan expansion location for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. This fan expansion adds a massive, magical palace to the game. So, let’s take a closer look at it.

The Garden of Venus adds a forgotten Elven magic palace for players to explore. The palace features new custom assets, Hearthfire Adoption support, interactive light sources, an animated bath, custom crafting stations, and much more.

As said, the palace features a custom marble bathing pool with animated water. Players can turn the brass valves to fill and drain the pool. Bathing grants the Cure Disease effect, so you can stay healthy without visiting a temple shrine. You can also sit with your family at the grand dining table and interact with the large feast. A custom menu lets you eat a hearty meal. It fully restores your Health, Magicka, and Stamina. It also gives you a +150 Restore buff to all three for one hour.

The ancient magic of the palace can also boost your skills. The Master’s Touch gives you a 30% boost to Smithing for one hour. The Master’s Elixir gives you a 30% boost to Alchemy and Enchanting for one hour.

The Garden of Venus also features an immersive dynamic lighting system. Players can interact with lanterns, candles, and the Grand Hearths. Lanterns and candles require 1 Troll Fat to light. On the other hand, the Grand Hearths require 3 Firewood to ignite.

Speaking of Skyrim Special Edition, here are some other mods for it. Let’s start with some big fan expansions that add new free content to the game. The first one is Wyrmstooth. Wyrmstooth will add new quests and dungeons to the game. Then there is this mod, which brings elements from The Witcher games into Skyrim. Dragon Hall Tavern is a huge 2GB mod that adds quests, new places, an arena, and more. Oh, and here is another one that adds the cool Nemesis system from Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor to it. Sigil of the Fallen is another DLC-sized fan expansion. Plus, we have this mod that adds six new islands to explore.

And that’s not all. Skyrim has other mods that add lots of cool stuff.

For instance, this mod allows you to destroy a lot of objects. You can also download this mod that makes the NPCs smarter. With this mod, NPCs will now have a dynamic AI system, and they’ll seek cover. Let’s also not forget this mod that adds a dynamic sanity system. SkyPal is another must-have mod. This mod brings Skyrim and Pokemon together, allowing you to become a Beastmaster. So, if you want to be the “very best”, you should try it.

In January 2026, we shared a mod that added support for NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 and AMD FSR 4.0 Redstone. Unfortunately, this is a paid mod. Thankfully, though, Community Shaders adds support for DLSS 4, XeSS, and FSR. These are free to everyone.

Then we have this mod that adds a real-time dismemberment system. There is also a 112GB Mod that remasters all 32,000 textures to 8K.
