Crysis 3 – Patch 1.1 & Data Patch B Detailed, First Update Available Now On PC

Crytek has detailed the first update for Crysis 3, as well as a Data Patch for the game’s multiplayer mode. The first update is currently available for the PC version, and will be released shortly for both X360 and PS3. The Data Patch B, on the other hand, is available on all platforms right now. According to its changelog, this update comes with particle optimisation and significant optimisation to Medium detail settings. This update will be auto-downloaded from Origin, and you can view the complete changelog for both of these patches below. Sure enough, our SweetFX mod can bring some of its atmosphere back, however the lack of dynamic light sources and shadows is something that has a big impact on the game’s visuals. So why is the final version so different from the demo version? The answer is simple: the demo version of Aliens: Colonial Marines ran on a high-end PC that surpassed the capabilities of both PS3 and X360. ArmA 3 Alpha Coming To Steam On March 5th, Alpha Lite On March 14th

Bohemia Interactive today announced their plans for the upcoming PC-exclusive tactical military shooter game, Arma 3. From next week onward, Tuesday March 5th, all are welcome to try out the authentic military gameplay and assist in the game’s development by participating in the Arma 3 Alpha. The Alpha will feature a limited amount of playable and sandbox content, receive regular updates and remain accessible until Arma 3’s Beta starts – which is expected in the second quarter of this year.
