YouTube’s ‘Dejawolfs’ has recreated the first level from the classic Castlevania game in Unreal Engine 4. Dejawolfs has been working on this project for the past 4 months, and the following video shows the state in which this map is currently at. Unreal Engine’s forum member ‘John Alcatraz‘ has been experimenting with Unreal Engine 4 and has created a project that looks really similar to Minecraft. While Alcatraz’s intentions were not to re-create this game, as you can see below the end results are quite similar to it, thus giving us an idea of what Minecraft could look like in Epic’s engine. iRam Gamer has been working these past few months on an amazing remake of Metal Gear Solid’s Shadow Moses environment in Unreal Engine 4. Unfortunately, though, this project has been officially cancelled. While iRam Gamer has not revealed the reasons behind this cancellation, our guess is that he received a C&D letter from Konami. Here Is Another Photorealistic Apartment Created with Unreal Engine 4

In the past few months, we’ve seen some really interesting apartments being created with Unreal Engine 4. And here is yet another one, created by Polycount’s member ‘DAWID3320‘. DAWID3320 has used really high quality materials, giving his apartment a photorealistic look. Our only gripe with this scene is the skybox as it looks completely fake and not as polished as the rest of the environment. It looks cool, so be sure to check the screenshots after the jump!
