NASCAR ’14 – NVIDIA CUDA-powered Particle Effects Showcased

Better late than never I guess. In order to spark interest for the NASCAR game that was released back in February, Nvidia and Eutechnyx released a new video showcasing the PhysX effects that are being supported. NASCAR ’14 PC supports GPU-accelerated CUDA particle effects, meaning that Nvidia owners will enjoy better sparkles, particles and smoke effects. As a result of that, cars can push and drag the smoke around the track as they pass through a large cloud and smoke stays longer on screen. Enjoy! NASCAR ’14 Now Available On PC, PS3 & X360

Deep Silver announced today that NASCAR ’14 is now available on PC, X360 and PS3. According to the company, players can look forward to new online leagues, skill-based matchmaking gameplay, improved single-player AI and soon, a free patch to align NASCAR ’14 with the new Sprint Cup Chase rules and updated driver roster.
