Circle of Eight’s forum member ‘Allyx’ and a team is currently working on bringing the original Icewind Dale game to Temple of Elemental Evil. Contrary to other projects, this will simply be a total conversion mod that will be using assets directly from the original Icewind Dale game. Beamdog and Wizards of The Coast announced at PAX today that an Enhanced Edition for Icewind Dale is currently under development. This Enhanced Edition will be coming to PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Android tablets and phones, and includes a host of new features. Icewind Dale Remake for Neverwinter Nights 2 Released

Black Isle fans, here is something special for you. IWD Team has been developing for a long time an Icewind Dale remake/mod for Neverwinter Nights 2. According to the team, this is a campaign mod so after installing it, you must select “New Campiagn” to start (select new game/new campaign/Icewind Dale/start campaign). Moreover, combat is balanced for a party of 4 and speed of level progression is based on party size. You can find some screenshots and the download link below. Enjoy!
