Since IO Interactives split from Square Enix we haven’t really heard anything much about Hitman and where the game is heaeding but now IO Interactive have come out and said there is much more Hitman on the way, beginning with the Game of The Year Edition.

IO Interactive has announced that HITMAN has surpassed 5 million players. This is definitely great news for the studio, so it will be interesting to see whether this game will be able to hit the 6 million goal in its lifetime, and whether the team will keep supporting HITMAN in 2018. AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition performs somewhere between the GTX1070 & the GTX1080 in a variety of games
PCPer got its hands on an AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition and ran some gaming benchmarks on it, and the results were a bit underwhelming. Now as we’ve already said, this graphics card is for workstations and even though AMD has included a gaming mode in its latest drivers for this graphics card, it is slower than the gaming variant that will be coming out in late July. Denuvo anti-tamper tech has been removed from HITMAN
IO Interactive has rolled out a new patch for HITMAN that has removed its Denuvo anti-tamper tech. We don’t know whether this removal was done on purpose or by accident. After all, we’ve seen in the past other developers rolling out patches for their games without the Denuvo anti-tamper tech, only to re-implement it later via another patch. IO Interactive has announced that the first episode of HITMAN will be available to everyone for free later today. The download includes absolutely everything that we’ve released for that location; two story missions (including all cut-scenes), two Escalation Contracts, more than 40 challenges, 17 achievements and trophies, plus thousands of player-created missions in Contracts Mode. IO Interactive has just announced that it is now officially an independent studio. This basically means that the studio will have complete control over its direction and the Hitman IP.
