Horizon Zero Dawn PC lacks the snow deformation from PS4, Aloy’s hair bugged at high framerates

A report surfaced this weekend, suggesting that the PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn lacked the PS4 snow deformation effects. These snow deformation effects were introduced in the Frozen Wilds DLC, and are only featured in that area. Guerilla Games on Horizon Zero Dawn PC: “Some animations are 30fps, Anisotropic Filtering not working, stutters on some systems”

Guerilla Games has issued an official statement about the issues that will plague the PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn at launch.
