Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture Dev: PC Performance Wasn’t Hindered For Parity Reasons, Investigating Reports

Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture has just been released on the PC and it appears that a lot of gamers are facing performance issues with it. We can confirm that the game on its max settings it’s really demanding as it runs with 60-70fps on our GTX980Ti. However, these performance issues frustrated some users who claimed that The Chinese Room hindered performance on the PC after the publisher forcing the development team to make the game look less appealing on the PC than on the PS4. Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture – Official PC Requirements Revealed

The official Steam store page for Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture has gone live, revealing the game’s PC requirements. PC gamers will need at least a 64-bit operating system, 4GB of RAM, a modern-day quad-core CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti or an AMD Radeon HD 6850 GPU. AMD has released a new AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition Graphics driver for its graphics cards. Last month, we informed you about some games that were supposedly leaked via Steam’s database. One of them was the PS4 exclusive title, Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture.
