Battlefield 4 – Yet Another New Screenshot

Seems that DICE and EA won’t stop teasing us with BF4. The developer and the publisher of this highly anticipated first-person shooter has released another new screenshot, showcasing the great visuals that their Frostbite 3.5 engine is capable of. As you may have guessed, this image is – obviously – from the PC version of BF4. Battlefield 4 is planned for a Fall 2013 release on current-generation consoles and PC. Enjoy! New Battlefield 4 Screenshot Released

Battlefield 4 v2DICE and Electronic Arts have released a new screenshot for Battlefield 4. Powered by the advanced technology of DICE’s proprietary Frostbite 3 engine, Battlefield 4 promises to offer players a glimpse into the future of interactive entertainment – a future that is more human, dramatic and believable than anything before it. The game is planned for a Fall 2013 release on PC, current and next-generation consoles. In other news, a BF4 survey suggests that dinosaurs might be coming to DICE’s FPS as a DLC. Battlefield 4 Poster Suggests An October 31st Release, Hints At First DLC

A new BF4 poster from an EB Games pre-order list has been leaked today, suggesting that DICE’s upcoming shooter will be released at the end of October. EB Games is an Australian website, therefore we’re currently looking at an October 31st release for Australia, October 29th release for the US and November 1st for Europe. It appears that EA’s German Facebook page has revealed something that was not meant to. According to a tab – that has already been fixed – Battlefield 4 is supposedly coming on October 31st on PC, X360 and PS3. This is rumored to be the European launch date, however EA was quick to react and issued a statement on its German Facebook page. A couple of days ago, we informed you about the GPU powering Battlefield 4’s gameplay footage. As we revealed back then, DICE took advantage of AMD’s upcoming dual-card, the AMD HD 7990, to showcase its title. We are pretty sure that a lot of you were – somehow – disappointed by this as an upcoming high-end dual card could mean that this title would struggle with older GPUs. Battlefield 4 May Feature An Always-Online DRM

Battlefield 4’s reveal trailer has been unleashed, and most gamers are amazed with its visuals. Truth be told, DICE’s upcoming FPS looks spectacular and is easily one of the best looking games we’ve ever seen. It’s not up to the standards of Deep Down, but then again we don’t know whether Capcom’s title will look as impressive as that tech demo or not. And even though a lot paid attention to some finer graphical details, it seems that none noticed a small pop-up window, hinting at a possible always-online DRM for the Single Player campaign of BF4. Battlefield 4 Officially Unveiled – 17 Minutes Gameplay Footage, Powered By Frostbite 3, Coming This Fall

Electronic Arts and DICE have officially unveiled Battlefield 4. Battlefield 4 will be powered by Frostbite 3, and promises to provide a visceral, dramatic experience unlike any other shooter. The game is planned for a Fall 2013 release on PC, X360 and PS3 (no mention about a possible next-generation release). Battlefield 4 will feature an intense, dramatic character-driven campaign that starts with the evacuation of American VIPs from Shanghai and follows your squad’s struggle to find its way home. In addition, the companies have unleashed a 17 minutes video with gameplay footage that can be viewed below. Enjoy!
