Daedalic Entertainment and Deep Silver present a video-teaser for the PC-game The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav, in which sequences of the game are shown. The gripping The Dark Eye-Adventure takes place in the familiar fantasy world Aventuria. In the tranquil Andergast the protagonist Geron gets on to the track of a mysterious crow plague and, with the help of his mystical companion Nuri, starts a mission to find the source of the evil. Deep Silver today announced the limited Collector’s Edition of Risen 2: Dark Waters for consoles that will be released in the UK on April 27th 2012 alongside the standard edition. Risen 2 is being developed by Piranha Bytes and features new gameplay elements that add to the diversity of Risen 2; for example, players can also use firearms now. And, being pirates, adventurers can also employ special new skills called Dirty Tricks, allowing them to confuse or attack enemies in combat. Deep Silver and Piranha Bytes today released the third episode of the six part making-of series that will become available over the course of the next months until the release. In this installment the developers from Piranha Bytes speak about the new animation system that was created for Risen 2.
