Deck13 has announced a publishing deal for Chained Echoes. Chained Echoes is a 16-bit SNES style RPG from Matthias Linda that looks absolutely lovely. The closed beta phase for The Surge 2 is underway and appears to have Denuvo. However, Deck13 has confirmed that the final version will not be using it.
