Capcom has released a new walkthrough video for Lost Planet 3 in which game Producer Andrew Szymanski takes us on a trip to the game’s frost environments. According to the company, Lost Planet 3 will reveal new truths about the foreboding planet and the colonial history of E.D.N. III. Capcom has released a new trailer for Resident Evil 6. Resident Evil 6 promises to blend action and horror and be the dramatic horror experience of 2012. The game will offer three story campaigns (as well as a fourth part with Ada Wong) that can be played in both solo or co-op modes. At key moments during the game, up to four players can join together online to tackle a specific situation. Can’t see how this will improve the horror elements of this new RE game, but what do we know, right? Resident Evil 6 is scheduled for a console release on October 2nd. Last week, Capcom announced Resident Evil.Net, the free online service that will enhance the Resident Evil 6 experience for players across the globe and today sees the official release of a video showcasing all of this service’s features. Resident Evil. Net will feature comprehensive stat tracking (enemies killed, weapons used, medals earned and more), and players will be able to compare their game with those of friends and other Resident Evil 6 players around the world, link their status with Twitter & Facebook, earn RE.Net points just by connecting to the service or entering events and compete in regular organised events. Capcom has also revealed some new screenshots and a Gamescom 2012 trailer for Devil May Cry that introduces Vergil, twin brother of Dante and leader of demon-fighting rebel group, The Order. DmC promises to retain the series’ signature mix of sword and gunplay but add additional weapons, all new powers and a revitalised gameplay system as players encounter the game’s devilish mix of enemies and navigate the rich, interactive environment. Capcom has released a new set of screenshots and a Gamescom 2012 trailer for Lost Planet 3. Lost Planet 3 introduces Jim, a rig pilot who leaves Earth to take on a hazardous but lucrative contract on E.D.N. III. Working for Neo-Venus Construction (NEVEC) who are preparing the planet for colonization, Jim joins his fellow pioneers at the Coronis base and begins surveying the uncharted terrain and obtaining samples of the planet’s energy supply – Thermal Energy. Capcom has revealed a new, Gamescom 2012 gameplay trailer for Resident Evil 6 in which Jake and Sherry fight their way through a snowy mountain top. Alongside Jake (and Ada Wong) players will also control both Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield. The game is said to feature an evolved control system, allowing players to shoot whilst moving; slide; roll in any direction and to take cover along with the addition of an enhanced melee attack.
