Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad – New Beta Maps Coming Today + New Screenshots

Tripwire Interactive announced today that they will be cycling in 3 more maps for Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad’s beta phase. These new maps are: Grain Elevator ( the iconic battle site in the south of Stalingrad featuring long range infantry fighting outdoors and room to room close quarters combat inside ), Red October Factory ( night-time fighting in the factory ruins on an epic scale with infantry and tanks fighting side by side ) and Barracks ( a mix of close-quarter and medium-range combat, sure to be a fan favorite ). MegaMan fans, meet MegaMan X: Corrupted

So, what is MegaMan X: Corrupted you ask? Well, as you may have guessed, it’s not an official game by Capcom. No our dear readers, Corrupted is a fan-made 2D scroller that is being developed by JKB Games and will be released for free on the PC. CoD: Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Details

Infinity Ward revealed today lots of details about Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer mode. According to the developers, MW3 MP will be the most balanced Call of Duty experience and will sport more changes to the game than ever before. Some of them are regarding the game’s map layout, speed of movement and perks. Additionally, there will no longer be a Commando perk, Last Stand and shotgun as a secondary weapon. Deus Ex: Human Revolution’s DLC Officially Announced; A real disappointment after EIDOS little ‘game’

Here are some good and bad news for Deus Ex fans as Square Enix has officially announced Human Revolution’s DLC. The DLC will be called Missing Link and will feature sprawling new environments, new layers of conspiracy and brand-new characters to interact with. The bad news, however, is that Adam will lose all his augs and you’ll have to rebuild them. Yeah, it’s one of those DLC/sequels where you lose all of your powers. Now here is a shocking leak that might satisfy some PC gamers since Ubisoft really pissed them off with the unexplained delay of it. Call of Juarez: The Cartel PC has just been leaked. Nothing new here as most PC games get leaked via a CloneDVD release but what is really interesting is that the game has already been cracked, which means that this pirated version is fully playable almost ten days before release. How Battlefield 3 managed to steal Modern Warfare 3’s thunder

It’s really funny how things turned out for DICE and Infinity Ward/Sledgehammer. Both companies are talented and have been with us for quite some time. It wasn’t untill recently though when gamers found out the first studio, mainly due to its console version of Battlefield called, Bad Company. In fact… the same can be said about Infinity Ward too since their roots can be found on the PC with the creation of the first Call of Duty game.
