Namco Bandai has released a new DLC for the PC version of Ridge Racer: Unbounded. This new DLC is called ‘Ridge Racer Type 4 Machine and El Mariachi’ Pack and as the title suggests, it adds two new vehicles to Bugbear’s arcade racing game. New Skyrim PC Beta Update 1.6 Released; introduces mounted combat, offers stability & memory optimizations

Great news for all Skyrim fans as Bethesda has released a new beta update for the PC version of their acclaimed RPG. This new update comes with the introduction of mounted combat, general stability and memory optimizations, as well as optimizations and crash fixes for data leaks, and improved ranged kill cams. Sid Meier’s Civilization V goes free-to-play this weekend

2K Games and Firaxis Games announced today that Sid Meier’s Civilization V is free to play on Steam starting today until Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. PDT. As part of the celebration of the upcoming release of the expansion pack, Sid Meier’s Civilization V: Gods & Kings, the entire Civilization V franchise will be 75% off on Steam this weekend. Dragon-Ball fans, rejoice; ESF is a promising DBZ mod for Half-Life that is currently in beta stage

ESF (also known as Earth’s Special Forces) is a fast paced, 3rd person fighter based on the hit anime, Dragonball Z. Players will be able to select their favorite character and fly, power up, transform, melee, and beam your enemies into pulp. Each character is given signature moves and abilities to compliment different style of play and when the mod is launched, there will be three different game modes: deathmatch, team deathmatch, and capture the dragonballs. Ys Origin will be available on Steam in May 31st

XSEED Games has just revealed – via their official FB page – that the PC version of Ys Origin will hit Steam on May 31st, at a price of $19.99 dollars/€15.99 euros/£12.99 pounds/399 rubles. This Steam version of Ys Origin will feature over 40 achievements, hundreds of leaderboards and true widescreen support at launch. Sleeping Dogs – 101 Trailer

Square Enix has released a new trailer for Sleeping Dogs. In the 101 trailer, Square Enix delve deep into every aspect of the game from the brutal martial arts combat to the intense vehicle shoot-outs and street races, the wealth of side content and social features to the girls, guns and gambling dens. Mass Effect 3: Rebellion Pack unleashes on May 29th and will be completely FREE

Electronic Arts announced the next downloadable content pack for Mass Effect 3 that will be shortly available for download.  Mass Effect 3: Rebellion Pack will be available to download at no additional charge – if you have bought/activated an online pass – and will add two brand-new maps, a new team objective and a new equipment slot to the game’s critically-acclaimed cooperative experience. The Mass Effect 3: Rebellion Pack will also introduce new unlockable characters, including the Vorcha, ex-Cerberus operatives and Male Quarians. Also available are all new weapons and items that can be obtained through reinforcement packs in the game’s multiplayer store. Double Fine’s ‘The Cave’ officially announced and gets its first screenshots and trailer

Double Fine amd SEGA have officially revealed The Cave. The Cave is the latest project from Ron Gilbert and looks similar to Frozenbyte’s Trine series, albeit a bit more cartoon-ish. This is a 2D perspective puzzle adventure platform with 3D visuals and looks quite promising. The game draws inspiration from Gilbert’s earlier work on PC adventure games and it should not be confused with Double Fine Adventure, the company’s other adventure game that raised over $3 million on Kickstarter earlier this year.
